The club was started in 1985. The only purpose is to provide a forum to review venture opportunities. Members represent themselves or their organization, there is no pooling of funds. Meetings are on the second Tuesday of each month, noon to 2:00 PM. Present and past members have invested in over 700 companies.

Our main focus is seed, early-stage companies. We are looking for companies that have the potential for 10X returns in five years.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is limited to 50. Requirements for individuals, are a minimum net worth of $1,000,000 and some history of venture investing or a serious desire to make venture investments. For organizations, the standard Regulation D requirement is applicable.
