How to Apply to Present at a Puget Sound Venture Club Monthly Meeting:
-
- Your company must be based in the United States or Canada. We give preference to companies based in the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, and BC)
- You must have a term sheet
- Fill out and submit the PSVC Company Application Form
Then What?
We will review your application and if you qualify, we will contact you for additional information (if needed) or to schedule a phone interview.
After a brief phone interview, both parties can decide if it makes sense to proceed.
Then your executive summary will be emailed to the membership. If there is interest from some member(s), you would present at our screening meeting. Our screening meetings are on the first Tuesday of each month in downtown Seattle.
Prior to the meeting, we would want to hear and view your ten-minute PowerPoint presentation over the phone.
If approved at screening, you would present at our regular Puget Sound Venture Club monthly meeting which takes place the second Tuesday of each month in downtown Seattle.
This presentation is also ten minutes, followed by five minutes of Q & A. The presenter receiving the most interest will go to a due diligence meeting.
The fee to email the executive summary is $200 and a signed Release and Waiver of Claims Form. There are no other fees.
Our Membership list is not disclosed at any time during this process. Interested members, if any, will contact you directly or at the monthly luncheon.
